Hi, I’m Jennifer! The water is my lifestyle! I grew up on the coast of Virginia Beach, VA, and Nags Head, NC, and I’ve always loved the beach life. My mom was a single mom who made sure I saw the world even at a young age, we traveled everywhere from the Grand Canyon and Cape Cod to Las Vegas, Marco Island, and Boston. Those adventures gave me a love for exploring new places that I now try to pass on to my own kids. (And of course, our Boston Terrier, Houston, is part of the crew too!)

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee. We charge this fee because adjusting our cleaning schedule requires extra coordination with our team. If you’d like to request one, just send us a message—we’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Yes! All of our rentals include Wi-Fi. Please keep in mind that speeds may vary since Dauphin Island is more remote than the mainland. Most guests find it works well for streaming, video calls, and general browsing.
Each of our properties has easy access to the beach. Some are directly beachfront, while others are just a short walk or drive away. The listing description will tell you exactly how close you’ll be to the sand and surf.
Yes, all linens and bath towels are provided. We do recommend bringing your own beach towels, for days by the water.
While we don’t supply these items at our rentals there is an amazing company on the island called Chaise N’ Rays and they rent out chairs and umbrellas as well as other beach essentials, jet skis, and sunset cruises. They will set them up for you and take them down, so you don’t have to worry about a thing! If you’re renting from one of the condominiums, please place your order by the evening before. Chaise N’ Rays sets up by 9:30 every morning.
